  I ordered and paid for poached eggs on sourdough toast. The eggs were undercooked as the whites were runny inside. I asked the young waitress if the chef could cook me some more. She agreed that they were not nice like that. Then the other woman behind the counter brought them back and asked what was wrong with them. I told her the whites were too runny. She then asked me how I wanted the eggs cooked. I repeated I wanted the whites cooked and the yolks runny. She had a very bad attitude. It made me feel awful. The new plate came out with one egg cooked to death. I ate it because I was hungry but I will not go back . One shouldn't be made to feel bad for asking for food to be cooked how you want it.

  Absolutely digusting place... RIP OFF!!!!
  Went in there after a gym work out with my sister. We order some chicken salad.. Cost $45 for two salads...
  It came out in 5 mins... the chicken was obviously microwaved, smelt like fish and when I bit into it a few mins late I was instantly nauseated.
  We had one bit and then told the waiter (It was his first day)
  He handed it to an other lady who went and spoke with the chef.. She comes back says the food is fine and not microwaved. I responded well chicken can not be possibly cooked that fast. 3 waitresses in the back laughing at my sister and I because we raised this issue. Then on of them even tried a bit off our plate in front of us and said "its all normal". What kind of customer service is that???!!!!!
  
  I ask for a refund it too us 10 mins to finally get a refund.
  
  AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE!!!!!

  We booked for a table of 9 for Brunch for mothers day. Firstly they couldn't find our reservation, then found it under another name. We waited over 1 and a half ours for hard poached eggs and burnt pancakes. They had obviously forgotten our order! Sorry but Mc Donalds would of been quicker and tastier. They also forgot the ice cream for the kids meal. We didn't bother waiting for it as it all seemed to hard for the sraff. Won't go back.
