  I really want to like this place. It's such a good concept and really has a lot of potential. But it feels like it needs to be presented a little bit more professionally, and with a slightly better quality control . Food shouldn't change quality from good at the start of the session and poor at the end. Also their Sushi game could also be improved. There is few gems on the menu. The beef tataki is amazing ! Also only receiving 75% of what you order can be a pain. So don't feel guilty for ordering a lot because the chances are you wont get it all anyways. Over all it's worth a try if you want to try something different. Just don't set your expectations to high.

  One of my favourite places to eat, Isshin staff and service are professional. Food is of excellent quality for Australia. Always a pleasant experience with ample car parking and space inside, even when busy.
